KOZA Fully Automatic Packaging Line for an Export Project: Pre-shipment Test Run

KOZA recently completed the pre-shipment test and burn-in run of a fully automatic packaging production line built for an export project.

The line covers four processes: carton opening and erecting, robotic case packing, case sealing and palletizing. The whole process runs automatically, delivering automated, unmanned and highly efficient production.

1. Automatic carton erecting: cartons are opened, formed and fed onto the conveyor automatically, with no manual folding.

Robotic case packing: vacuum suction cups pick products above the conveyor, with cartons waiting below

2. Robotic case packing: a robot with vacuum suction cups picks up the products and places them into the cartons accurately and steadily.

Automatic case sealing: cartons enter the sealing station on the conveyor

3. Automatic case sealing: packed cartons travel along the conveyor to the sealing station, where they are sealed automatically.

4. Palletizing: finished cases are palletized automatically, ready for transfer and shipment.
