KOZA-KZS-WB-20P Collaborative Case-packing Robot Workstation (20 kg)
KOZA-KZS-WB-20P is a collaborative case-packing robot workstation in the KOZA KZS series (Mobile cabinet type · 20 kg). The cobot handles up to 20 kg over 1680 mm of travel and packs at up to 20 pcs/min into cartons up to 600 × 500 × 350 mm. It is an all-in-one mobile cabinet with a small footprint that is easy to move, runs on single-phase 220 V, stores recipes and starts out of the box; mechanical collision detection keeps it safe, and guard rails or light curtains can be added. It picks incoming products and places them into cartons, and together with case erectors, case sealers and KZS palletizing workstations it forms a fully automatic erecting, packing, sealing and palletizing line for food, tissue paper, beverages and spirits, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals and electrical / electronics.
